Makes great softer crust pizza. Due to the aluminum composition it never rusts, unlike non stick pizza pans. Relatively nonstick with a little olive oil use. Cleans up easy. Cons: Soft aluminum surface, so do not ever use the pizza cutter on the pan itself, or you will ruin the pan with deep gouges and probably dull the cutter too.
