Originally purchased 2 to make a cake sphere but the size was a bit too large for my project. Instead I use this size to make cake/ice cream bombes. The pans bake evenly and clean up easily. The one thing -- I wish these came with a baking ring to stabilize the pan in the oven. It is a good product and works well but would have loved for it to come with suggested baking temperature and times. I ended up using the temp stated on the cake box but it took over and hour to bake the cake. Also- there is no support for the pan so I had to use a small glass bowl to balance it in while it baked.
