All the pans have performed wonderfully. They are thick, sturdy, and clean up easily. Cheesecake was a breeze to remove from these pans. I also discovered another use for them--deep dish pizza. Purchased the 6", 8" and 10" from directly from the company based on reference from a baking book that was published from the 80's! Aluminum pan bakes evenly without the tough thick crust you find in most retail pans (dark steel or aluminized steel). The edges are completely smooth (no seams). The bottom opening and removable bottom are also smooth, no sharp edges. I have used them for cheesecakes, flourless cakes, and even butter cakes. All turn out great. I also use the removable bottom discs for cake decoration and transporting.
